"Success teams"  ... awesome idea.

This woman hosts "success teams," where a bunch of people meet and someone stands up and states their dream, and someone else comes up with a solution. She said  it's eery how often someone wants something so bad (one lady just wanted to dance with Patrick Swayze and another lady said he'd be in town later in the week and that she could get this lady a dance with him) and another person holds the key. This means, I need to talk to every single person in Floyd about living here. Hopefully someone holds the key!
